dam you frost!!!
« on: Nov 22, 2005, 15:36 »
hey, just to tell you about my incident on saturday.  ;) was riding on a fine crispy day up at hamsterley, playing on the table for a while. was all good till i said "after this run we should get the camera". ne who, hit the bad boy landed at a slight angle, pulled the old front brake a tad and ended up skidding 5m on my head and shoulder. went down to the hut and craig and the gang were really helpfull. chatting to the guys and the said i may have pulled my ligament or sumat. on that note drove home to near hull. went to the old hospis and they said dislocation "come back monday and we will pop it back in". went to discover i had fractured my sockett and moved the arm bone down an inch and back a 1/2inch. what fun, 8weeks of no driving and a couple of months no riding. yay.  ;D

Man, i feel sorry for you. TBH, its proabably the best time of the year to b injured if you are gonna be injured. I love that table top. Don't have the speed in my legs to go fats across it, so have to pop high off the lip. Really good fun. You didn't quite get to the rock garden did you?
