Martin Astley Marketing Manager for Hotlines Europe commented,  ‘Spank are partnering with the best race events worldwide and we see the BDS as the perfect stepping stone for riders at a national level looking to progress to UCi World Cup level racing. You only need to take a look at the stacked list of entrants in the elite category at any of the BDS rounds in order to see the quality of racing that takes place. The BDS use the best venues along with a great team of organisers. Spank are more than proud to support the Junior Men at the 2015 BDS.

About Spank Industries: Starting off as the brainchild of South African designer and manufacturer Gavin Michael Vos and German Sven Mack. Their goal was to create the perfect symbiosis of weight optimization, enhanced performance, and cutting edge style...and to do it at affordable prices. With in-house design, development, testing and production of their complete line of unique and exclusive components. Racing has always been at the heart of Spanks design philosophy and working with the world’s best racers and race series has always been a key part of the companies development.  For 2015 Spank are delighted to be working with world renowned riders such as Mick and Tracy Hannah as well as two of the world’s best events, Crankworx and the BDS’.

Si Paton – Event Director said, ‘Meeting Spank at Crankworx in 2014 allowed the BDS team to discuss the best way for Spank to invest and support the up and coming riders that are racing the BDS and will one day, be on that UCi World Cup stage. Dangling attractive and desirable products and prize money from Spank in front of the World’s fastest junior men today will incentivise them now to dig deep, train hard over the winter to bring their ‘A Game’ to each and every round of the 2015 BDS.
