Buggered ankle
« on: Jan 21, 2012, 17:10 »
I've managed to damage the "bio- skeletal mechanics" of my ankle. The lethal mix of rugby and biking has finally taken it's toll. I'm facing surgery and physio and a future 6 month sport ban. I'm absolutely devastated and want a way to keep me happy for 6 months. If I carry on riding there's a risk my ankle will fold and then will have to be set solid. :(

What and how have you done? When they were speaking about fusing it are they on about fusing the subtalar joint? Good luck with it all
