Winter Race dates

Ukbikepark is pleased to announce our 3 round winter series Downhill race dates which will be one of the few in country to offer a full uplift service on both Saturday & for the Sunday race. Uplifts will be on our own newly constructed uplift route with a super fast uplift giving you the maximum time on your bike. Our race series are aimed as a grass routes race ideal for the first time racer. You can expect BC ranking points, Ripper & Expert category, PA & music system, TAG timing & race start clock, unique metal trophies for the top 3 in every category, on-site hot & cold refreshments. Saturday uplift is not an official practice day - (please note the race track may be closed for race preparations). Times will start and end earlier due to winter light hours.

As it's a winter series there is a possibility that a round could be cancelled due to the weather (remember last year with the month long freeze!) - please keep checking the website for updates near to the race date. In the event of a postponement, all those already signed up will be contacted and given the option of a refund or to carry over their sign up for the next round. Track choice will depend on the weather conditions but will definately include either Devils Dyke, Tusbo AND the new constructed Old School track.

Sat uplift: £27(online price/£25 on the day) 9am till 4.00pm - stops for lunch 1-2pm. Please remember that Saturday is NOT race practice day - it's just another normal uplift day where you get to ride the whole park including the race run if it's not closed (for the obvious safety reasons such as marking out). Sunday morning is the official practice time for the race - see below...........

5.00pm Mums cake is all gone and it very dark  ......

I did look and might have missed it but is there somewhere on the main site giving a description of the three tracks for those of us who haven't been to park lately / cant remember the names?

Also, will you announce closer to the dates which tracks your thinking of using?

Yes we're going for Tsubo for the first round - this track starts to right of the drop off for Devils Dyke & runs across the 4X track, down over the fire road. Its a bit different from Devil Dyke as it has more off camber roots and some great tight berms to deal with.

I'm sure some will post some helmet cam footage up if we ask them nicly...

No defiantly not - that's just an option for the super serious! Our races are designed for grass roots & first time fun racers.

Hi I've just gone on the website to book for the next race. I can't make the sat so only need to book the sun.
Where on the site do I book?? All I can see is booking the uplift for the sun for £27, is this all I need to do and I'll be entered for the race? As I thought it costs £32

Can someone please help!? I'm still unclear how you sign up for these races? I'd like to enter on the 20th nov but not the sat practice day. Do I just pay the £27 uplift for the day as I can't find a specific race sign up

It think they have taken the race booking options off the site, not sure whats happening but probably got something to do with the last race being cancelled.

Ok thanks mate, I'm not being stupid and can't see it lol. I'll keep checking the website for when the enteries are put back on
