You can choose the track for Rd5
« on: Sep 24, 2010, 19:50 »
There are quite a few tracks to choose from at Caersws.
For the final round we can use any of them so it up to the riders to choose.

One vote per person so make it count  ;)

Missed rd 2 so that one please, the 09 welsh champs track.  And take the new steep cut where you turn left after the tabletop that we all normally ride down the side of!

And if you're feeling keen enough (or Cooper is rather) get the old dragon track cleared so we can use those jumps at the top again, if it's not too windy! :)

welsh champs track, with that new bit like seb said where you turn after the tabletop, would be an amazing finish to the series!

The steep bit after the table top would make any of the tracks a bit short and would end up with a que for the uplift,
That is something we would like to avoid.

not saying no but something to take into consideration......

All us locals know the best track. Back of start (rnd 1) then cut across to the road jumps. (rnd 3) and use the steep section after the table top. on uplifts this is by far the most fav'ed track. yess i uderstand this will cause trafic problems on the saturday uplift but so would the old, overused, section becuase of the rooots and over riden lines. i think using this unraced track would be a brillaint end to a good year.

the tracks used for rounds 1 & 3 were both pretty flat tbh, loads of sprinting and not much to chalenge the riders. round 2 and 4  had good tracks where you had to be a good rider to do well, especally the rd 2 track. welsh champs track seems to be the best one up there, its as long as the others and by far the most fun  ;D
